Day view is one column per artist. Week view is one artist. Drag an appointment to another time. A busy time is refused. Deposit paid and ID checked are marked on the appointment. Nothing else is stored.

Guests only see artists whose books are open. Closing the books hides that artist. The price of a service does not change with the artist.

Services
Consultation, session, and piercing each keep their own length. A session has to fit in one working stretch, lunch included as a break. Everyone must be 18 or over on the day, piercing included.

Closes that artist for those days. Other artists can still be booked.

Consent and health forms: OrCore Studios does not store these. Use your studio's own paper or system.
0 days before the appointment means the balance is due on the day. Card checkout still sends no Stripe application fee. The monthly platform fee is on Fees. Bank transfer is the full amount and holds the booking for 24 hours. The demo sort code and account number are placeholders. Design the invoice on Invoice. Connect the studio's own Stripe account in the section below. Leave the Stripe account box as it is to keep a connected account. An appointment deposit is non-refundable unless you choose Yes above. The client can move it once inside the window. The studio cancelling refunds it in full. OrCore does not hold the money. A service can override the appointment deposit mode. Reference images and designs are removed that many days after the appointment ends. 90 days is the maximum. The storage figure is this studio's limit.
Payment methods
Not connected. The local test checkout is on while Card is ticked. Connect Stripe to store this studio's own test account. The monthly 0.5% report is what OrCore bills. Stripe is not asked for an application fee.
Website widget
Paste this on your studio site in place of the enquiry form. It loads a booking form in an iframe.

Bring in bookings from a spreadsheet
If you are moving from another system, upload a CSV of your bookings. You will match the columns, check a preview, and nothing is saved until you press Import these bookings.
Each booking needs a client name, the appointment date, an end date (the same day is fine), and the service. Email or phone is enough to identify the guest. If both are missing we make a stand-in email and mark that row.
Extras
Optional extras on an appointment. The price is frozen on the booking and printed on the invoice.
